An unusual object from the XIXth century, revisited by MWT. The skewered centre allows the chicken to be cooked vertically. As the pick is hollow, the heat rises and cooking is uniform and the meat becomes soft. The juice runs down the bird to make it crisp. The dish sinks around the pick for adding vegetables.
Redesigned by Guillaumet Bardet and made by hand in France.
